Oh wow, an amazing list! I like that you mentioned types of mentoring relationships that are typically not mentioned, such as the reverse mentor (so cool!) and yourself.

And I totally agree about how important peer mentors are. I’m in a Mastermind group (which I think could be seen as an example of peer mentoring) and it’s super-helpful.
